the Republic of France.
During the visit the Republic

Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of France at the Supreme Court of Cassation,
where common priorities in the field of combating all types of crime were
confirmed, particularly regarding organised crime and other serious types of
crimes, through intensified co-operation of the competent public prosecutor’s
offices of the two countries.
On Wednesday, 10 April
2013, the Republic Public Prosecutor, Ms. Zagorka Dolovac signed a Joint
Declaration on Co-operation in Combating Organised Crime between the Republic
Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Serbia and the Directorate for

France, together with the Head of the Directorate, Ms. Marie-Suzanne le Queau,
with the support of the Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of France, Mr. Marin, the Head of the Office for Combating Organised Crime,
Terrorism and Money Laundering, Mr. Philippe de Monjour,
the Head of the European and International Affairs Department of the

officials from the judicial authorities and the Ministry of Justice of the
Republic of France and the delegation of theRepublic
Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Serbia.
The signing of the
Declaration, which immediately entered into force, enabled the improvement of
the efficient co-operation between the public prosecutor’s offices of the
Republic of Serbia and France in many ways, out of which the establishment of
direct contact points with regard to organised crime and other serious types of
crimes at the prosecutor’s offices in Serbia and France particularly stands
out.
