The Secretariat is in charge of expert, administrative and technical operations which are related to the activities regarding prosecutorial administration, the exercise of labour rights, maintaining staff records, ensuring the enforcement of operative decisions of the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office, preparation of Work Schedule Proposals of the Secretariat.

Gordana Samardžić, the Secretary of the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office is in charge of the Secretariat’s operations. There are internal organisational units within the Secretariat – the Office for General Administrative Services, Registry Office and Typewriting Bureau.

The Office for General Administrative Services performs expert, administrative and technical operations related to financial analysis and accounting, IT operations, technical maintenance of the equipment and procurement of fixed assets and office supplies, librarian activities, the preparation of the Work Schedule Proposal for General Administrative Services.
